Lots of parking available - room was cozy and bedcwas very comfortable - kitchen was fully equipped for two people - great location

This hotel is ok but has some kinks to work out. Things seem nicely appointed at first but details like the soap dish (its impossible to grab the soap out of it after a couple of uses) seem like they prioritize form over function. We hung the sign to have our room cleaned while we were out and when we came back the sign was completely removed but our room hadnt been touched. I also noticed the duvets are just sandwiched between sheets instead of proper covers. Not a huge issue when the bed is tightly made but seems unhygenic when the bed is unmade and reused. Communication between hotel departments seemed to be disconnected which led to delays of us getting our room and cleaning services. Would actually rank lower but i am giving it an extra star for its convenient location and the fixtures being new.

Great stay, nice room, friendly staff. Breakfast could be a lot better.

Always my favorite place to stay

Elevators were too slow and always full. On the 11th floor, 7 elevators came by but we, 2 people, couldn't get on. So eventually we just walked down from the 11th floor. This happened 11am Sunday. On another day, after eaiting a long time again for the down elevator, it stopped on every floor on the way down and the elevator was full.
