Its a very nicely run hotel.We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in great location with great staff. Used as a base for Christmas Markets and it was perfect. Loved every minute of our 3 night stay - but it is quite expensive !

I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Delicious breakfast and great variety on the buffet table. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

The hotel is situated near a residential area so nice and quiet of an evening but still only a 5-10 minute walk into the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much to ask. If you are thinking of visiting Bratislava I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. First Class !

Traveling to Austria and Vienna for the first time, you have no sense of areas, hotels, etc - so you take a shot in the dark, read online reviews and hope for the best. Hotel Alstadt did not disappoint! Just came from Amsterdam and a splurge at Hotel D L'Europe, we wanted something low key, affordable and cooler. This hotel is all that. Lovely hotel, quite old-fashioned in operation (have to hand key in every time you go out), but lovely staff, great location, and the superior double was a huge room with separate clothing store/wardrobe room, big bathroom, comfy sofa, large bed. If I visit Vienna again, would happily stay here again.

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.

Friendly helpful staff with good English. Breakfast excellent and free coffee and cakes in the afternoon. Easy walking distance of city centre and good Ubsrn connections. Quiet clean functional rooms and fast Wi-Fi.

Beautiful period hotel, 10 mins walk from opera house. Really comfortable bed, nice local beer in the mini bar, tea/coffee making. Excellent customer service, they even gave us a complimentary pot of mustard when we checked out! Breakfast was included with a surprisingly excellent range of quality choices, in a pretty dining room. We would definitely stay again.
