"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The room was in a very poor state of repair, electrical sockets hanging off the wall, windows held in with tape, paint peeling, thick clumps of hair on the towels, pillows ripped, lumpy and filthy, mould in the room, table broken and couldn't be used as the top fell off - clearly a long standing issue as there were screws randomly put into the top which fixed nothing.
