"The hot spring was amazing. The staff was great. However out room was very worn down. The bathroom needed a good clean, i even found belongings to a previous guest. And there was someones dirty sheet outside of our room for our entire stay. Hopefully they can do some updates because the staff and pools were great and we would like to go there again."

He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. "The hotel was very rundown in general. While my room had had some upgrades, the faucet was not secured to the basin. There is absolutely no pictures or decor in the room. Many of the plug-ins did not work. The inside of the elevator didn’t look like it had been wiped down in months. Kind of gross. "

"Room was very clean and new, staff came in and did an awesome cleaning job, friendly at the front desk and for breakfast service. I would book here again for sure."
