"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

The breakfast was provided in the morning on a covered plate, but could be cold if you wake up after they place it outside your room. "The garden and grounds are MAGNIFICENT! Very kids friendly. The pool is like a lazy river. There is. also a separate kids water play pool. The landscape and site planning architects should receive an award. Unfortunately public transportation or shared rides are not there if you don't drive or have your own private transportation. "
