The only thing I had a problem is was the shower had hot water, but it wasn’t really hot like I like it, but I am from America so I am used to certain things. In the bed was pretty firm and I like a super comfortable bed as far as a pillow top. Other than that, the resort was very beautiful and I slept better...

"The public areas (eg, driveway, lobby, lifts) and rooms were always clean and tidy. The staff were beyond helpful, both at the front desk, the concierge, and housekeeping. The condition of the property was good, not great because the bathroom exhaust fan kept blowing out greyish black debris, the mounted indoor AC system would occasionally drip water-(perhaps condensation) on the floor and the hand towel rack was barely handing on.
