Waited over an hour for my car and when I finally went down stairs to see what was going on, I saw that the valet was just lounging around watching videos on his phone. I had to tell him I requested my car."

"We had a king suite that was next to the pool and pool equipment room. I do not recommend it as it was extremely loud. The pool equipment ran all day and night. Also the internet did not work during our stay and the staff did not seem to care."
