"I made the trip for the wrong weekend by accident and the hotel never responded when I inquired about changing the date and I lost my money.. Long story short i stay at the Harborside a lot but from here on out i will not be choosing Harborside."

"I didn't realize the property wasn't near restaurants. The floors needed sweeping. The only thing I truly didn't like was that I requested a placard to hang on my door, because I don't like anyone coming into my room during my stay. So I always request 2 beds. I was rolling cleaning only happens ..."
