It was a great location to get to the concert at The Filmore which was across the street. I didn’t know that I had to pay $30 a day to park in the parking garage and there was only one attendant. But they moved very quickly. It’s an older hotel, so some things had to be forgiven like the lack of outlets but that is a simple solution just change the lamps to the ones with the charging plugs. Overall, it was a great stay and if I need to be in that area again, I would stay there.

Properly is good but break fast not include and thay said if you need breakfast you have to pay 18 dollars plus tax
Most deplorable condition, terribly worn down and very grimy, visible dirt all over, smells, two paper thin towels on a run down bathroom, spots, stains, holes in carpets everywhere. Third world country conditions. A most deplorable hotel.
I liked the stay. The room was very nice. Our room was under the gym. Could hear people throwing weights around a lot. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. Only one person there hanging out at the bar. After a 10 minute weight we got our own menus. The man said no habla and kept doing nothing. Left for Outback nearby.
1. Room phone did not work. No dial tone.
2. Room HVAC did not work properly. We arrived on a cold day. The HVAC produced only cold air. A maintenance employee was summoned and turned on warm air. Subsequent days were warmer/hot. The HVAC continued to only produce warm air, would not cool. Apparently, the unit could not balance between hot and cool as temps changed.
3. Requested housekeeping for the room. Received only new towels deposited on the bed. Trash not emptied, in room coffee maker supplies not replenished, clean glasses not provided. The next day, specifically requested the trash be emptied and coffee maker supplies replenished. Only the trash was emptied. Coffee supplies not provided.
Very poor service. Very poor experience at this hotel.
The only positive was the bed was comfortable.
Everything was good . Except valet parking seems a bit expensive.

I had to wait for my room, that I’d paid for in advance, days ago. Check-in time was supposed to be 3:00p.m. , put had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to get my room. Nor did I receive any type of reimbursement whatsoever. And, I still haven’t received my incidental deposit of $100.

I arrived within the checkin time on the reservation and my room had been given away, leaving me with no place to stay
The stairwells were lock no way to get out.
The room didn't have a phone to call.
Weirdo's was wandering through the halls late hours. Breakfast option was sad.
The key cards were not working, end up switching hotels the next day

The staff was phenomenal. The customer service was a ten. Everyone was polite, accommodating and patient. They went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my stay. With all of that being said, I would highly recommend renovations for the property. The air conditioner, phones and plumbing did not work in three different rooms that I stayed in. Also it is very unappealing to see rust where you place your face towel.
HVAC didn't work for majority of our weekend stay - woke up warm / hot 2 of 3 days we stayed. Tub didn't drain first day, but staff took care of issue after they were notified 2 times. We asked for a room cleaning after 2nd day, but it didn't happen. Won't stay there again.
This hotel needs a lot of updated work or hotel room had peeling paint in the bathroom two towels one washcloth and one hand towel two stand on the carpet one for the whole room
I didn’t even stay there. I got there to check in- there was no elevator from the garage to the lobby. The stairwell was creepy and there were puddles of god knows what in the corners. the lobby ceiling was peeling and in various states of disrepair. But I was determined to give them the benefit of the doubt. I got to my room, opened the door to an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. I turned around and walked out. I got a room at the Double tree around the corner. As a single female traveling alone, I did not feel safe staying at the Hotel silver spring. I messaged the hotel requesting a refund and no one responded. Worst hotel ever.
What really disappointed me was the customer service. The service was mediocre and not very approachable nor friendly.
When attempting to check out, the night counterman did not greet me and stated that he could not check me out because he did not complete the daily audit. He just said "leave the room keys, and the deposit will be returned", and did not even say "Thank you for staying".
Completely disappointed and I would not recommend to anyone.

My room was filthy. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, crumbs on the floor and on top of the table. Hair in the bathtub, fast food garbage under the bed, drawers on dresser were broken.
Lobby ceiling was badly damaged and in need of repair
I used to stay here when it was the Hilton hotel. It was nice then. I complained to the front desk

The hotel was extremely outdated and pictures posted online were very deceiving. Nothing in the room worked properly and it was extremely noisy.

Bathroom in need of update with ventilation. Musty odor. It felt like the AC wasn't working, the room was warm and very humid with the AC unit set at 66.

Great location. Nice size rooms. Walkable to everything…Metro, shopping, restaurants, etc. Price was good for the area. The free coffee in the lobby was a bonus! We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area!
