My check-in was HORRIBLE! It took almost 45 minutes and the Front desk employee who initially was checking us in, charged another guest’s charges to my credit card and then lost my reservation and couldn’t check us in. Horrible service at check in and refused to accommodate adjoining rooms or rooms on the same floor near each other. I will not be staying at this Embassy Suites again in the future.

Loved the hotel and will return. We had a suite as we had our three grandboys. Towels, bedding, hot water perfect. Very nice breakfast with homemade omelets to your taste. Fruit and sides. Every night with wine cheese and crackers. Service excellent.

Good, no excellent. Being a Hilton, I expected the amenities, the details in the Room, that characterize this type of Hotel, but, don’t have. I didn't have anything extra in the bathroom, just the soap, shampoo and conditioner built into the wall of the sink and shower. I didn't have a notebook or a pen. It's not that I didn't have it for my use, but that Hotel must have a shower cap, needle, etc. The treatment at the Reception area when we arrived, normal, not excellent, but good. The breakfast, minimalist, a Holiday Inn would have it better. However, the treatment of the Restaurant Waiter at dinner time, at 9.45pm, was good and professional.
