The day we checked-in, the ladies at the front desk mentioned that we could leave our luggage there for the day and that they would place it in a closet and give us a ticket, but then when the time came they told us we had to leave our luggage in the lobby or take it with us.

While the interior and exterior were a bit dated, everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were exceptionally gracious. You know how disappointing complimentary breakfasts can be, but this one was definitely better. We had daily maid service!! My only negative is that the bathroom sink faucets and the bathroom door knob were dated. Nice artwork/photographs of Washington, D.C.

The property is basically a motel, which is not communicated on The website. First floor has doors that go outside. No elevators - again, not communicated. Walls are paper thin. Could hear every word and the TV from rooms on both sides. Breakfast is TERRIBLE. Sausages hard as a rock and stale; eggs an undercooked slimy mess; coffee, well, NOT coffee. Fun fact: Christmas decorations were still up in the restaurant (mid May) But the most important thing was good - the room and the bathroom were clean, bedsheets changed. So, acceptable.

No elevator, impossible to enjoy a room in second floor with a baby walking up lots of steps with a stroller without an elevator. Extremely noisy. Clean place, staff was friendly and helpful but the building needs lots of renovation. Parking lot was extremely full and had to park very far. Not a very good choice.

Very friendly check in staff. It was raining and our first room had a leaky ceiling, raining on the bed. Quickly given a new room. The tub was not draining well, forcing a quick shower. The breakfast was limited in choice, not very good and you have to eat it there, cannot bring food/coffee from breakfast to your room. Parking is ok, but tight. The room itself was cute and quiet. Comfortable for sleeping.

There was a Spanish club in the hotel and they were extremely loud till 2:00 am and the proceeded to have people being loud in the hallways until 5 am very loud but clean

It was just ok - could hear upstairs footsteps all night so soundproofing isn't really working. The hallway to our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The staff was simply wonderful! We loved our room, and the breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. Every day we used the shuttle from the hotel to the metro! We plan to stay there the next time we come.
