It was a large hotel and I thought it was nice that it had a ballroom, convention ctr and restaurant none of which I visited however. I didn't like that I wasn't told until I checked in that there would be a parking fee. The room was clean & nice enough but poorly stocked. No hair conditioner in the bottle, had to ask for trash can liners, no microwave. I did like that a map or general information was not provided at check in nor in our room. Not proper signs posted telling you how to actually get to the front entrance of the smaller front building we stayed in. No maps posted as to where walkways between buildings, vending ice etc could be found only small signs on the floors where it was offered. Then had to go to different floors to find ice machine that worked and snack vending machine wouldn't take me card because it said it was "offline" Also was inconvenient that you had to use your key to get out of hotel into the garage. I understand using one to get inside from the garage but once you check out you no longer have the key. Another issue was that I ordered food which I thought was being delivered to my room when it was left at lobby no once notified me. When I called lobby to ask I was told by attendant that food was left in lobby but she could not see if it was mine because it in front of counter. I didn 't mind going and getting it if that's how it's delivered but it would have been nice to have been notified it was there as I was not expecting it to be left
