"We arrived on Monday August 24th.. our original room was not ready.. when I did request an early check-in do to my husband’s health issues.. my request was not meet.. therefore they put us in another room.. which we were told we were going to overlook a garden.. well I don’t call looking out at a huge tree a garden.. so we were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool.. which was very lovely, however , we had to pay for the upgrade of $160 a night..we felt we should not have had to pay the upgraded cost.. any help that you can provide us with would be graceful ! Thank you!"

The location is great, right near the ferry to Hamilton. The hotel offered 9 free ferry tickets which can also be used for the bus. The kitchenette was great and had everything you needed. No restaurants within walking distance. You will have to call a taxi."
