We had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess. The staff go out their way to meet your every need. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the Infinity pool and hot tub. We had an incredible dinner at Intrepid. Downtown Hamilton is an easy walk from the hotel. This is where we will stay when we are back in Bermuda.

The Hamilton Princess is a lovely property. It gets high points for location if you want to be near lots of restaurants and the ferry terminal. Access to the rest of the island is easy. I appreciated the adult heated pool as there were lots of kids at the other pool. We were in one of the beautifully renovated rooms in the Bermudiana Wing. However, I guess I wasn't clear on the difference between a "Bay" view and "harbour" view. We were on the Bay, which is a small channel running beside the hotel rather than an expansive harbour view. It was still lovely and quiet on that side (the other side faces the pool).

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous.

This was a fabulous family vacation. I highly highly suggest upgrading to the Fairmont Gold Access to the gold lounge is definitely worth it. The rooms were impeccable and the infinity pool and resort in general was fabulous. Hospitality, focus on the customer are top notch here. Such a great location, just a few blocks from everything in Hamilton, boutique stores and restaurants. Highly reccomend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
