"Palazzo di Pietro is a hidden gem - a delightful property with many fascinating elements. It's spotlessly clean. The owner, Eleutheria, was extremely welcoming and helpful, and gave great guidance for interesting things to do, places to eat etc. There were many small touches which made our stay wonderful - we would definitely want to stay here again if re-visiting Chania."

"The experience was amazing. Maria received us with a drink and upgraded our room. The room was big with a comfortable bed, good pillows and lots of space.
The staff at the reception was unbelievable, very helpful and cordial. they even packed us breakfast the last day when we were leaving early. Parking was not an issue as the hotel staff took care of it.
Breakfast was included and had a great variety of choices, from fruits to cakes, included hot meals (we had to skip lunch after that)
