"Breakfast was amazing. Best part about the hotel for sure. Rooms are nice and clean but bedding is very rough on skin. The shower/ bathroom situation was a little different and odd but. Booked a room with a balcony based on pictures. However balcony faced a wall and another rooms balcony of young men smoking all day. Advertised terrace hot tub but apparently only hot tubs with select rooms. So all in all decent. Great breakfast. Great coffee. But I’m sure there’s other better options"

My room was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and well kept. The balcony was HUGE and probably one of my favorite parts of the room. Housekeeping came every day to freshen everything up, which I wasn’t even expecting. Fresh towels, clean room—everything always felt fresh and comfortable when I came back. The location was also PERFECT. I was able to walk to the Old Town, harbor, restaurants, shops, and so much more, which made getting around Chania incredibly easy. I genuinely loved everything about my stay and would absolutely stay here again. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania. Thank you to the entire staff, and especially Samantha, for making my stay so wonderful! ❤️🇬🇷"

Dimitra, Stavroula, Esmania, and Anna-Maria were the sweetest servers. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The pool is just the right depth and temperature."
