Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

Erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache haben wir die richtigen Informationen erhalten. Auf den ersten Blick sah die Unterkunft sauber aus.
