Leider war es sehr undurchsichtig bei der Ankunft da der code an der Eingangstür nicht funktionierte, konnten erst rein als andere Gäste aus der tür gekommen sind. Die Rezeption war leider nie besetzt so konntnen wir nichts fragen was parken oder Müllbeseitigung angeht. Aber ansonsten würden wir es so wieder buchen da wir jetzt wissen wie es läuft.

Alles bestens bis auf die Situation bei Ankunft= Samstag 18 Uhr, Rezeption geschlossen- lediglich eine polnische Telefonnummer wurde ausgehangen, bei der wir erst nach über 45min jemanden erreichen konnten, damit einem gesagt wird, man soll doch an einen Schlüsseltresor und dort den am selben Tag erhaltenen sms Code eingeben, den wir nie erhalten haben. Glücklicherweise kam dann endlich jemand, nachdem 4 weitere Familien aufgelöst versucht haben, einen Code für den schlüsseltresor zu erhalten, um in das gebuchte Zimmer zu gelangen. Ab da war aber alles super, Zimmer sauber und wie auf den Fotos, der tägliche Besuch in dem aquapark war ein Highlight. Ansonsten sind wir viel in die benachbarten Orte. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen sicher wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft für Familienurlaube

Die Unterkunft war für einen Familienurlaub sehr gut geeignet, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés, Bistros und Eisdielen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso der Strand, bzw. die wunderschöne Strandpromenade. Die Sauberkeit war in den Zimmern, den Fluren und im Parkhaus gegeben. Vorteilhaft auch die freie Stunde im Spaßbad, welches durch die Tiefgarage erreichbar ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die undichten Fenster.

Die lage war sehr gut.Jedoch war einiges schon abgewohnt vom Mobiliar, die Ausstattung der küche war etwas mager. Für drei Personen gebucht,aber nur für zwei Personen Bettwäsche .

Sehr schöner Urlaub

… wir hatten fünf Nächte gebucht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, wir hatten WLAN auf dem Zimmer jedoch nicht immer, ein Fernseher von zweien war kaputt, störte aber nicht weiter. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Täglich hatten wir 1 Stunde im Schwimmbad, welches man durch die Tiefgarage erreicht, frei, dazu zählte auch der Aufenthalt in der Sauna, jedoch was etwas störend war, dass Kinder dort keinen Zugang hatten. Da sich das Apartment direkt an der Promenade befindet, waren Restaurants und Strand direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen. Auch im Winter ist deshalb das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war sauber, ruhig und sehr ordentlich. Wir hatten das Problem, dass der Fernseher nicht so wirklich funktioniert hat, aber das wurde versucht durch das Personal zu beheben. Traurig fanden wir allerdings, dass wir keinen Balkon mit Meerblick hatten. Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Top Apartment

Großes Apartment mit Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler Kühlschrank und Herdplatten nur leider kein Backofen. Separates Schlafzimmer mit TV Gerät und gemütlichen Bett. Badezimmer sehr geräumig mit Dusche. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer haben Zutritt zum Balkon. Alles im allen eine gute Unterkunft für Familien.

Schlechte wegbeschreibung zur rezeption, haben lange gesucht. Eine stunde beim check in unter freiem himmel angestanden. Entladen des gepäcks am hauseingang nicht möglich, langer transport über einen schotterparkplatz. In der küche fehlte eine kaffeemaschine. Da wir ein appertement gebuch hatten mussten wir unseren müll, abfälle und leergut ( glas ) zwischendurch selbst entsorgen (abfallbehälter in der umgebung ). Die zimmer waren soweit i.o..

Geschirr war leider nicht sauber, Badezimmer nicht gründlich sauber. Haare im Waschbecken. Personal beim einchecken und auschecken leider sehr unfreundlich. Nur eine Person für ca. 20 Gäste. Wartezeit bis 30-45 Minuten. Parkhaus für 3 Tage bezahlt, sollte aber die Karte beim auschecken um 10 Uhr abgeben, obwohl sie bei der Ankunft gesagt haben man bezahlt für den ganzen Tag. Sind nicht entgegengekommen in keinem Punkt. Kalt entschuldigt mit Sorry. Der Ort ist sehr schön, aber die Unfreundlichkeit muss man erstmal verdauen. Beim letzten Mal habe es Wasser oder Kaffee und Geschenke für die Kinder, bei der Wartezeit, jetzt leider nichts. Leider habe ich die Fotos vom Geschirr und dem Bad schon gelöscht, aber im Hotel vorgezeigt.

Super Lage, schöne Unterkunft. Ins Minus gefallen ist die Parkplatzsituation. Wir haben 2 x Unterkünfte bestellt, aber nur eins hatte ein Parkplatz. Vorher war das nirgendwo erwähnt worden. Parkplatzgebühren pro Tag in der nähe betragen ca. 25€ pro Tag.

Fin lejlighed med p-plads

Fin lejlighed med stor altan, et fint køkken og et ret stort badeværelse. Der var en fast p-plads tilknyttet til lejligheden, hvilket var et stort plus, da det er meget svært at komme til at parkere på offentligt tilgængelige steder. Eneste minus var, at sengen i stuen var af dårlig kvalitet med en meget tynd madras.

Das Appartement (E390) ist gut gelegen und schön eingerichtet. Ein tägl. Besuch im Aquapark von 1 Std. Ist inkl. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Angebot der Zimmerreinigung. Ein Staubsaugen und Handtuchwechsel wäre bei dem Preis angebracht insbesondere bei der Strandnähe, da sammelt sich einfach Dreck an. Den Müll kann man selbst nicht entsorgen, Müllbeutel sind nicht vorhanden. Ein Küchenhandtuch gehört auch zu einer Standardausstattung dazu. Da wir selbst keine Mittel hatten um das Zimmer zu reinigen, haben wir eine Zimmerreinigung bestellt, die zum versprochenen Termin nicht erschien. An der Rezeption bekommt man kaum Informationen. Für den Parkplatz, welcher kostenpflichtig ist, kann man die Zimmerkarte freischalten. Diese Info gab man uns an der Rezeption des Radisson Blue, die haben uns oftmals mehr geholfen, also die Rezeption des Vacation Clubs. Die Räumlichkeiten top, der Service flop!

Tolle Unterkunft für zwei kleine Menschen!

Uns hat es prinzipiell gefallen und ich kann das Apartement auch weiterempfehlen. Das Apartement ist schön groß, modern eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht (außer Backofen). Es gibt jedoch auch Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war uns bspw. zu klein. Aber ein größeres Bett hätte in den Raum auch nicht gepasst. Wir sind im Oktober verreist und waren deshalb nicht darauf angewiesen, aber die Balkone gehen gar nicht! Viel zu klein!!! Die Bauweise konnte ich nicht nachvollziehen. Vom Wohnzimmer konnte man einen begehen und auch vom Schlafzimmer. Beide jedoch winzig. Stattdessen hätte man einen großen Balkon bauen sollen. Wir waren 3 Nächte da. Zur Reinigung kam niemand. Ich habe irgendwo gelesen, dass man das anmelden muss.Gesagt hat uns das jedoch niemand. Deshalb hatten wir ein Müllproblem. Das Schlafsofa war auch nicht sehr bequem. Für 3 Nächte ging es aber.
