A very relaxing stay!
The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Wulingyuan. On arrival, we were greeted by John. John is friendliest person we've met on this trip. He is such a happy guy and a credit to the hotel.

Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special.
It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park.

I stayed for two nights on a solo trip through China and received truly excellent service from Zhu Shuangqin and the team - they truly went above and beyond to help me arrange a trip to a neighbouring town.
The hotel was very nice and very well located too. I would recommend staying here if taking a trip to Zhangjiajie.

We had the most wonderful experience, Andy (the manager) was in direct contact with us even before the trip and he arranged for our pick up even when we changed the departure point at the last minute. He made our honeymoon absolutely lovely and special at this hotel!

The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles.
