"Rattana Park Hotel was good value, with a clean spacious room. New fluffy white towels and crisp white sheets.
Good hot water in the shower which some hotels lack.

There was an issue with hot water but to be fair we didn’t call the front desk to get it fixed. Staff were very helpful and tried to be even more so even when there was a language barrier. Breakfast was a nice touch. It was very quiet when we were there with just a few other rooms occupied. "

"Very nice quiet hotel in a beautiful part of Phitsanulok. Full hotel facilities, with very nice buffet breakfast. This hotel can get very busy with its conference facilities. There is also a Spa, Pool and Massage on site."
