We were disappointed that the pictures advertising the Walton Hall Hotel & Spa were quite deceptive. The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out.

Poor signage to hotel parking area, dirty stained carpet in bedroom shower so hot much difficulty reducing the temperature Wedding party at the venue so disturbed frequently through the night by other guests No soundproofing and lots of banging doors
