We reserved a king- bed room months ago, but when we arrived, we were informed that we were issued a double room instead, despite the fact we called in earlier during the day to confirm our reservation! "Building was under construction. Dumpster centered in the parking lot. Open wallboard and exposed wood in the hallway. My room was newly done. All the items worked well in the room. Office worker was mean and short-tempered but got the job done."
