"The property’s air conditioning was broken when we got there; however we didn’t realize it until a few days into our trip. (We just thought it was a terrible AC.) By the time it was fixed, it was the last day of our stay. However, the management communicated with us and had it fixed within two days of us contacting them.
We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the cabin, especially the hot tub on the screened in porch. It was a great family vacation and we would stay there again! "

"Oh this is by far my favorite place to stay in Tennessee. The hotel has this amazing smell for starters! The rooms are awesome the staff were friendly!! I want to go back and stay again!! I hated leaving! The Waterpark is so awesome kids had a blast it was such a great time to end the day they had a cute bowling game we liked and arcade was fun. They had so much to do in the hotel and the fudge was great too "
