I was trying to cancel a reservation that was made and he wouldnt even look into the reservation to help what so ever just advised i call Expedia who it was originally booked through but then changed by this property to a different date so expedia did not have this reservation any longer due to them changing the reservation. "The room was clean. Staff is very helpful and the location is great. We always stay here atleast once a year or twice a year."

"The property “looks” nice, but was infested with bedbugs. We didn’t complete our stay and left in the middle of the night. No reviews should have been a sign, but now here is one that should give you actual peace of mind by telling you not to rent. The property management company agreed to a refund that was also a slap in the face to go along with the bedbugs. Do not rent! "
