"If I could give a ten star rating I would! Our stay at Davos Chalet exceeded our expectations! Even though they are doing some remodeling it isn't very noticeable and never was an issue! We got turned around trying to find our room and Chris was very helpful in directing us to it. The room AC was acting odd and with a phone call to Jeff it was fixed within minutes and then Chris showed up to look at it about a minute later. We chatted with him about what we were going to be doing on our stay and he gave us some suggestions and came by later, while we were gone, and left a brochure for us! Excellent customer service by both Jeff and Chris! Our room and the common areas were spotless, the bed was super comfortable and the common areas were maintained to that level of care everyday! They have a great firepit area and we had plenty of wood for a great fire one night! The views around Davos are spectacular! We are already planning a return trip and Davos will become our go to place every time we visit northern Wisconsin! Thank you for a great stay at Davos Chalet .. we will be back!"

"Positives: Kwik trip next door, easy access to downtown, good location to Little Girls Point, Copper Peak, waterfalls. Overall quiet, bed was pretty soft (good thing), fridge/freezer & microwave. Negatives: Hot tub had algae, pool deck paint was chipping. Used the whirlpool in the room and water was dirty (not sure if city was flushing hydrants or the whirlpool tub jets hadn't been used for a while). Entry door toward back of building didn't close completely until you pulled it closed, which could've been a security issue. The bathroom tiles in bathroom were loose."
