"The front desk staff was helpful at check in and staff during the breakfast were helpful. However, if you’re not there to answer when housekeeping comes by they don’t clean your room. We had bumped into housekeeping and requested at the front desk our towels be refreshed. Housekeeping had no towels with them and the front desk informed us we’d have to wait until housekeeping came through the next day. If you value your sleep I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Multiple nights there were people with TVs blaring, people running and shouting down the halls, or multiple cops on the premises."

"The breakfast quality was not equal to that of other Hyatt hotels where I have stayed and the coffee was only lukewarm both mornings; it had to be warmed in the microwave. Otherwise, the property was very clean and the staff were very friendly."
