The first room they put us in was dirty and hot we went back they did put us in a cleaner room. But it just wasn’t what we expected from a TownePlace Suite! We stay almost exclusively at these hotels and this one was a let down

We were told that it was a limited housekeeping, it suppose to cleaned the room until the second day, no one ever came, we ran out of toilet paper, never pick up the trash. The excuse when we were leaving was we have new housekeeping crew. We were told that the breakfast started at 6:30am and just half of the breakfast items were available. It was 7-am and the oatmeal and the batter of the waffle wasn’t ready. Anyway it was out first time. I will come back only if I have to.

I like the location. Its close to everything and right on the expressway and the price was right. Hotel was very well kept, clean, etc.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
We had booked a room with a king bed but were given a room with two queen beds and told the king rooms were all booked the day before and yet we had booked a week prior?? We were told to speak with the manager in the morning and he told us it was the fault of hotels.com as they book runs without knowing what’s available. However, this is the first time this has happened in the past 3 years of travel using hotels.com or similar apps. Of note, before the manager could speak the day desk staff admitted it was goes fault and he overbooked! There were other things wrong but main one was no king bed and manager denying wrong doing.

Good overall
friendly staff, clean place never got a check in email so could not check in till we arrived late at night but we had no issues. I didnt know until later that 3rd party bookings dont always get priority so we could have had an issue if the rooms were full since we had to be at a wedding at 2, but things worked out fine. Maybe a blanket for the pull out bed since we only had a sheet.

There was rust in the shower in the bathroom and there was a sign in the elevator directing guests to bring dirty towels to the front desk instead of a staff person collecting them from the room.

We were met hy the kondest front desk staffer. The entire facility was spotless and stylish. Our room was extremely well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting. I appreciated the attached baskets to hold items within the shower. I utilized the gym which was also well-appointed with multiple cardio machines and a plethora of free weights including medicine balls and kettlebells. We were heading to a breakfast, so dod not partake of the complimentary fare, but I did glance at it and found it to be more tha satisfactory with mini waffles, quiche, sausage, bacon, etc. This was a top-of-the line stay and within a very reasonable cost. Well done!

The hotel is clean with courteous and friendly employees. The breakfast could be better - too much microwaved stuff. The room was nice with a full kitchen. Overall, a really nice hotel.
