"The woman was very rude at check-in. That I could deal with....but on my second of three days there the same woman came to my door AS I had the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door knob, and told me I needed to come to the desk and pay a pet fee before I left...I DIDNT HAVE A PET WITH ME! It was literally just me and me alone...at that point I was extremely fed up."
