"Ok for a night before an early flight. Shuttle is convenient, but you may have to walk to sister hotel about a block away since it starts there and sometimes fills up. Not much at this hotel, but the sister hotel does have many amenities like a nice gift shop, a few restaurants, large bar. Room and bathroom is tight, but for a few hours sleep it’s fine. "

"Half way through our check process in another customer with a general question moved in front of us and the reception desk staff switched from assisting us to assisting them delaying the last stage of our check in, the of signing the check in document, by 4 to 5 minutes. Our room had a king bed with queen bed sheets on it. The sheets did not cover the mattress. The shower ran warm and cold during the moring. Overall a less than spectacular rating."

"Did not use the shuttle. Breakfast was fabulous. Great selection of items. "

"Staff were very helpful, clean rooms and comfortable. Very close to the airport, returned rental car the night before got shuttle bus back to hotel from Amsterdam Airport then scheduled shuttle for next morning very easy."

"The low quality of this hotel doesn't match the price point even for Amsterdam. The bathrooms are so poorly designed that the light doesn't shine in the sink/mirror area, the shower has no enclosure so the entire bathroom gets wet, there is no towel hook, no hand soap was provided. We only stayed 2 nights and the replaced the 2 towels provided initially but not the 3rd we had requested, and they did not make the bed. There is a little table and coat hooks but nowhere to put the clothes away. I'd not stay here again"
