Lovely hotel with family room that worked well for our family of four for our Christmas markets visit. Great buffet breakfast too!

The whole feel of the hotel was amazing, lovely picturesque location.

Friendly team. There is no air-con, and the day I arrived it was 30deg C! They made an effort to find me a fan for ventilation, well appreciated. Bar area and restaurant are very nice.

Very nice small, quiet and very friendly hotel. All staff very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely evening meal and a lovely member of staff helped us to translate the menu. Hotel is situated about 25 minutes from Maastricht which is an easy drive. The hotel is in the country and we drove through some lovely villages to get there. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Enjoyed a two night stay with my family. We were really impressed by the standard of the rooms and the service offered from the staff. I have to say it was really good value too, especially the breakfast which was excellent both in terms of choice and quality.

breakfast was above excellent much better than English 5* staff were helpful and more than accommodating would recommend this hotel to everyone

We only stayed one night in this very modern and comfortable place. It is well equipped and spacious. Lighting is adjusted by a screen and the shower works with a push button. Breakfast was varied and with fresh ingredients.

Handily located between the railway station and city centre with lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nicely designed bar area. Good WiFi, comfy bed with loads of pillows and effective blackout curtains. Shower is good but awkward to use if you want to keep your hair dry. Would happily stay here again

Another one of my practical night stops en route to Amsterdam airport from Milan via Germany. This hotel is amazing! The building, staff, level of service and all round quality was far more than I could have hoped for after a long road trip. Very recommendable to all types of guest.

👍👍 Staff was very kind and helpful.

our stay was great very helpfull good food would tell any body to stay there

Everything about the hotel was very high quality, enjoyed my stay there and the breakfast was superb! Would definitely stay there again, perhaps also take the kids along as the duplex rooms are very cosy yet playful, children would love it!

Friendly staff. Could do with air conditioning in bedroom.

Everything was good, staff , clean rooms , beautiful area and very close to Carolus Thermen.
