A l'arrivée,la serrure magnétique de la chambre attribuée ne marchait pas.On nous a donné la chambre voisine,sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur,donc sans aération.L'odeur était très désagréable et le frigo fuyait et n'était pas propre.Il a fallu demander à parler au manager pour avoir enfin une chambre convenable.Entre temps,il était 23 heures,et la plaisanterie avait duré plus d'une heure.l'impression laissée est désastreuse. Est ce parce que nous étions passés par Hôtels.com que nous avons été traités ainsi?

Wij komen al meer dan dertig jaar in dit hotel. Deze keer viel ons op dat de netheid op orde was, waarover wij eerder nog wel eens ontevreden waren. Het restaurant is goed, maar nooit uitstekend. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lege schalen worden onmiddellijk opnieuw gevuld. De rust in en rond het hotel is weldadig.

Hotel ligt hoog op heuvel. Haarspeldbochten om daar te komen. ‘Savonds zie je niet zoveel van omgeving. Kamer ok. Gedateerde look. Handdoeken kunnen ook wel vervangen worden want het schuurde veels te veel.. of wasverzachter nodig. Airco op kamer. Bedden rampzalig zacht en laag als je boxspring gewend bent. Lijken net topmatrassen die constant van bed afdwalen. Bad en douche apart in badkamer. Ontbijt was prima. Voor iets warms alleen eieren op 2 manieren. Prima voor 1-2 nachten. Maastricht op 25 min. Vaals en Aachen ook goed te doen.
