"All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered) "

"The hotel is being used for the council for conflictive families. Man smoking smelly herbs in the main door. It was not pleasant.
It is a real shame since it is a great location and the room itself, and service were great. U just want feel safe to stay/sleep."

"Fantastic value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was a little small but modern and super clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. It's basic but fine for an overnight stay. The underground parking was easy to locate and manoeuvre in unlike some hotel car parks. Secure and reasonably priced."

"Lovely place to stay in a great location in Vitoria. Recommend for a stay for a few nights. Excellent service and very kind staff. Rooms aren’t spacious but they do the job. Great value for money and they even sell craft beers at reception. "
