"I was pleasantly surprised with the location, staff, and room quality for the price. Well above what I expected and on par with hotels I pay double for on my business trips. "

"The hotel called me 2 days before our stay and said the overbooked for the night we wanted and was canceling our reservation. The said we had to contact Expedia for refund. I am still working on getting that refund. "

"The rooms were clean and just right for us. The some of the staff didn’t understand my conversation when I tried to ask for towels. Breakfast was ok, yes it was fresh but I believe there needs to be a different selection. Sausage and eggs every morning. The hot tub was small and tge water was warm nothing near hot"

"The floors were sticky in the lobby and in my room. I was woken up from a dead sleep by staff at 10pm banging on my door to see if i was in my room, then they called a bit later to confirm my name!! ??? I barely slept after that. The sheets smelled like chemicals. The walls were damaged. I thought i could at least get a little coffee in the morning from the breakfast bar before continuing my many-hour drive... it was greyish foggy and foamy. I left it there. Totally overpriced for the poor quality. I dont recommend, unless you are truly desperate. Total bummer."
