A superb hotel which must be praised for the friendly attention and professional assistant of all the international team.

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. This is an excellent good value hotel in the town centre about 5 minutes wald from the railway station The room was large and comfortable with an efficient shower and a tv with a massive selection of internation channels from across Europe Breakfast is in a large impre4ssive room and of very good quality, particularly the butter machine which avoids using pre-packed plastic tubs There is a large array of old posters around the entire hotel which hark back to the golden age of travel in this town...

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His service was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service was such a thoughtful and convenient touch.
