"We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again."

"Location was great close to famous restaurant Mimi Alla Ferrovia 10min walk. Only set back at hotel was an over powering fragrance smell. Front desk very helpful and accommodating let us checkout and hour later. Great breakfast"

" I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience."

"Great Location, Though Mind the Early Checkout I had a pleasant stay here, and for the price point, it is a very decent option. The absolute highlight is the location, which is amazing and made getting around incredibly convenient. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind: • Checkout Time: At 10:30 AM, this is the earliest checkout I’ve ever experienced. It felt a bit rushed, so be sure to plan your morning accordingly. • Breakfast: While convenient to have on-site, I found the selection to be a bit underwhelming and basic. Overall, if you are looking for a well-located home base and don't mind an early start on your final day, it’s a solid choice for the value."

The team goes above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both personal and effortless. Our suite was incredible, and every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. Even in the hours before our departure, when we were quietly dealing with the loss of our beloved dog, the kindness and care around us meant more than we could fully express. "This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc."
