"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."

"We stayed in the ground floor apartment with a bedroom and a sofa bed which I slept in. It was a great place for a single parent with two children. The two shower rooms were a blessing as was the kitchenette which helped keep breakfast and lunch at low cost. The staff supplied advice, coffee and a few cables/plugs."

"As you will see from the other reviews the hotel is a bit delapidated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent view, helpful staff. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Brilliant location near the beach and on a bus route. If you want a super smart hotel go somewhere else, but I thought it was fine."
