"Spacious and clean accommodation, which provided my wife and me with a home from home. It was also ideally located for accessing the historical sites in Williamsburg and Jamestown. The unit was musty when we entered it the first evening, and it took a couple days to get rid of the smell. Had it not been for the mustiness, I would have given a 5 for overall satisfaction. I would like to receive information on other Hylton Vacation Club resorts. Don"

"Clean room, helpful employees, good breakfast. The mini fridge didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge deal since we only needed to keep a few drinks cold, we just used ice from the ice machine. The area had a ton of spotted lantern flies which are an invasive species, so just be aware of that if it’s something that you care about. We killed several during our trip."

"This hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. We had a suite by the english garden and loved the extra space. All furnishings were very nice. Loved the larger refrigerator. Very convenient to restaurants. The breakfast room was nice and large. Loved having salt, pepper napkins and available at each table. The variety of food was a cut above most other hotels. Only wish they would of had a waffle maker as waffles in the chafing dish are just not the same. The only thing I can ding them on is the water pressure in the shower could of been better. Not sure if they have a restricter on it. Had great water pressure in the bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again if in the area."

"The check-in was not easy at all. My room was not ready until almost 5pm. The parking is NOT on site..but rather across the street. When the room was finally ready, it was taking a cart to bring everything over. Not very convenient. The plus was the following day the desk clerk gave me a amenities card to use until my flight home which was great. Very nice pool and the resort is well maintained."

"The Jefferson Hotel is perhaps one of my favorite hotels ever. It's Beautiful, historic & excellent service from valet parking, check in food! Pet friendly - can't say enough about this historic hotel! If you can see at Christmas the decorations are Amazing"
