"From the moment of arrival the staff was rude and not very helpful. I have a disability and this property has very poor accommodations for ADA compliance. They would rather cater to their preferred customers than provide ADA parking. We had a two night stay and I had to travel the entire length of the property from where I had to park to get to our room. After the first night as we were heading out we requested our room be made up and fresh towels. We came back to unmade beds and no clean towels. We called housekeeping to request some, went out for dinner and when we returned, still no clean towels. We had 3 phone calls before someone finally arrived with some towels. “They had other guest to help first” was the excuse. Excuse me? You had 12 hours to make up our room and supply us with towels.
This will be the last time we ever book a room with a casino/“resort”. What a joke and quite frankly it’s a dump."
