"Clean room. Great view. Rude & uncaring staff. Security is lacking. Halls smell like Marijuana. Unreliable elevators. Everything looks run down, old, tired, unclean. Lack of luggage carts. Poorly managed property. I've stayed in a lot of Wyndham properties and this is the worst I've ever seen."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place hotel. The room was very nice and the ocean front view was perfect. My only complaint would be that the sleep sofa mattress was very thin and not comfortable to sleep on. Other than that our stay was great. I would definitely stay again!!"
