"The hallway on the 5th floor was very hot. Moths were in our room. My husband killed 3, including a wasp! no our door was closed at all times! We asked the front desk girl early morning with tattoos what the address was so we could get a Uber...she DIDN'T KNOW! WOW!! The pool was clean but the pipes and walls were very dirty, disgusting! Did not offer breakfast. We will never stay there again!!!"

"This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this hotel. Last year was great, this time it was awful. Check in was 4pm and we arrived at 8pm, the room was not ready, this was after waiting in line for 30 mins to get checked in. When I asked the front desk when it would be ready all I got was eye rolling then a room was ready. The elevator was broken so we had to take all of our things up three flights of stairs. Granted, yes things brake, but why wouldn't the hotel staff help guests with taking things up the stairs. We had to ask for towels every night and on Saturday evening they didn't have any, but after they got washed, they would bring them to us. They never did."

"Room was great (stayed in 700). Balcony are my one complaint as they are SUPER shallow and awkward to use because of it. Also could've used a larger fridge as the one in it didnt even havw a freezer cubby. Other than that no complaints. Parking garage was super useful. Took the trolley everywhere (download the HRT app and add funds, you cab get unlimited rides for $4.50 and kids under 18 ride free with an adult rider). beach access was amazing."

"Clean room. Staff helpful. Recommend getting a room with the ocean view and balcony. Bar area is great. Valet’s are fast and helpful. Property could be maintained a bit better. Dirty furniture, carpet and stained pillows in reception area. Poorly maintained gates to enter pool area. Games outside in poor condition ie. Corn hole bags with no corn in them to play. Great location."

"We booked a deluxe sweet which came with a hot tub. Honestly, I really don’t understand the negative reviews this place has. The hotel is small but just right for a perfect couple getaway. It is a bit old but it did not bother us at all. Our last beach trip we stayed in a more updated hotel and wasn’t really impressed with it. We will definitely book again! It was a bit of a bummer there wasn’t breakfast but they have a breakfast buffet just nearby that was soooo good i’m still thinking about their homemade butter. The beach is so close and the mexican restaurant los palmas was such a hit and has amazing drinks."
