"I believe the motel is in transition from Days Inn to Royal Inn. The bathroom had some rough areas likely attributable to renovations. But beyond that the stay was in the right place in proximity to BYU, at the right time for the right price. I could not have asked for more."

"In the previous 3 months I have stayed at 5 different budget hotels/motels in the SLC area. This one has the most comfortable beds and the quietest environment. Check-in was fast. When I got to the room, and it was beside the elevator, I thought "Ugh! It is going to be noisy all night with the elevator going up and down." Nope, didn't hear a thing. The room is solidly insulated. While the bed is not as comfy as the pillow top I have at home, it was comfy enough to sleep all night. I learned to bring my own pillow a long time ago. The breakfast was good, too. This will be my go-to hotel in the SLC area from now on."
