Going off the Ryan Walker format: Ambiance - had construction going on around the building maybe in near by spaces. Not a bit deal. Youthful staff, they had good energy. 6.5 Room - Real small, as a 6’4 person, your legs will hang off the bed. The shower curtains don’t go down to the floor, so you will have a pool of water outside of the shower. Still clean and has good views of the city. 5.7 Dining - I saw they had a bar but I didn’t partake in it so I won’t review that piece. N/a/10 Service - New York has exceptional customer serious. Staff was amazing and felt like they cared. 9.8/10 It-Factor - there’s nothing to really write about here. I was a 10min walk from Time Square, but that’s about it. The views are good on a higher level like I was. 4/10 26/40 excluding the dining.

Great locale, but the room and the hotel are in various stages of disrepair. Duct tape holding down carpets, HVAC didn't work (staff helped a little), sink leaked, no fridge, noisy halls with poor sound-proofing, and the elevators are controlled by a crazy set of panels that may or may not work.
