"Unfortunately they allow to much people for the day pass that it’s impossible for the guest to enjoy either the pools, and restaurants. Hard to find a table. Impossible to swim, to much people. The room was very nice and clean. They don’t have enough employees, but the ones they have work very hard and very nice people. My food was cold, I got everything at different times, at the end they send me the water that I requested 40 min earlier. "

"Very nice, centric place in Bernal. Overall the town is very noisy with all-terrain tourist vehicles blasting loud music. Recommend using ear plugs. The hotel was super nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful attention and welcome from the staff. View is pretty and the property is so peaceful and well maintained. We could see so many stars from the property at night, yet the centro Pueblo of Bernal was a short drive away. We Would definitely return here again. "

"This is a nice hotel. It is within walking distance to all of the sights. The hotel is right beside the very noisy highway which runs right through the town. However, at night there is no traffic on the highway so it is quiet in the hotel"
