I definitely recommend this hotel, the Spa is awesome! Did a massage super profesional really enjoyed it. Service is fenomenal and the food is superb! Super clean room, nice pool and amenities. A short drive to downtown shops and fun!

Great experience.

Comfortable, few people, incredible SPA service, great restaurant, good beverages on the pool side. The Jacuzzi is warm due solar grids, the pool temperature is natural, no artificial warm, therefore a bit fresh but not cold.

Las habitaciones son nuevas pero les hacen falta algunos detalles importantes como caja fuerte, tapetes o alfombra pues los pisos son helados en la noche y la mañana. El personal al hacer check in son muy poco profesionales. Pues no te informan de las amenidades y atracciones cercanas al hotel. Otro punto es que si te toca una habitación arriba de la planta baja tienes que subir por ti mismo el equipaje y no tienen elevador. Entre algunas otras cosas.

El hotel es bonito pero la alberca sucia. El día de nuestra estancia llegó un grupo de personas que no eran huéspedes y fumaron dentro de las instalaciones. Pusieron su propia música e invadieron el lugar a tal grado que preferimos irnos de la terraza. Nunca se les dijo que se fueran o que al menos quitaran su música después de las 10 de la noche o dejaran de fumar. Creo que es una falta de respeto para el resto de los huéspedes que van buscando un fin de semana tranquilo.

El hotel esta muy bonito e instalaciones muy agradables solo me toco la alberca un poco sucia un dia pero al día siguiente estaba ya limpia. Por supuesto regreso. La comida del restaurante muuuuy rica.

Nos sirvieron un snack en la alberca y al día siguiente en la mañana seguía ahí en en jacuzzi el plato sin levantar. Y a pesar de que la alberca tenía un horario permitieron a otros huéspedes permanecer tomando con música hasta las 2 am haciendo bastante ruido

Agradable el lugar, buena atención. Algo de ruido de los trabajadores, como las cortinas no son black out entra mucha luz por las ventanas en la mañana, lo qe hace que no sea tan placentero. Tener limpio el deposito de agua de la cafetera ya que es desagradable querer tomar un cfae por la mañana y encobtrarse con la suciedad.
