We stayed for 5 nights first and it was so good we came back at the end of our trip for a further 3 nights. We had only booked for a couple of nights initially but kept extending our stay. Part of what makes this place so special, aside from the historic building and vintage furniture, is the staff themselves. In particular, Juan was especially helpful, kind and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure both our stay and our time spent in Santiago was the best it could possibly be. Thank you...

We've certainly had a great time at The Singular. The room was comfortable, breakfast was great and the restaurant and rooftop bar staff were stellar! We left sure that we would go back to this hotel next time we're SCL.
My only comment is for the front desk staff. Except for the girl (I forgot her name) who was very sweet, the male staff looked to always be in a bad mood or simply not wanting to be there at all. At check out, we ever received an eyeroll after asking one simple question....
