"Upon check in we were not told that the air conditioning in our room was broken. I called the front desk and they assured me they would deliver a fan. After waiting an hour I called again once again said they would deliver a fan but never did. It was extremely high in the room and 80°F."

"Hotel condition was excellent as well as room, however we travelled at the end of April and the AC of the whole hotel was blocked because it was not summer season, that was frustrating because it was hot. They offered us to open the window (which they had to do by the way because guests are not allowed to open the windows). On the other hand the restaurant dinner and breakfast were very poor tasting, after trying the excellent french cuisine the hotel restaurant was disappointing."
