The room was clean, bright, well furnished and spacious. The kitchenette was well equipped with delightful crockery. We were greeted enthusiastically by the owner who was charming and helpful. The airconditioner was extremely efficient and the bathroom was well appointed and modern.

The hotel is very convenient to CDG (14 minutes by car), the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the "gardens" is a weed strewn field and the restaurant is no longer operating. A little money spent on the exterior and the reopening of the restaurant could turn this hotel into a little gem for those wanting a comfortable room close to CDG but away from the typical airport hotels.

Could have had wine glasses and a hair dryer but other than that the room was well appointed. Kitchenette was very helpful. Dishes, pans, utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave. Everything was brand new.

This place could be quite good with a little work. First impressions were not good. Walking through the property gates it seems like it has been abandoned, with weeds growing head height and no one around. We eventually managed to find reception, however there was no one there. After waiting 30mins I called the phone number on Expedia and managed to contact the manager who directed us to some key boxes. The room itself was clean, spacious and modern with a good ensuite. The TV and WiFi did not work, which was an issue because there is very little to see or do within 4km walking distance. Nor was there any information about local places to eat or visit. We just used it as an overnight stop between flights at CDG which it was convenient for. A bit of effort with a mower and weed eater would definitely improve the vibe.

Difficult to find and when you do get there it looks derelict and closed down. I wandered round trying to find reception. why they dont have any signs up to show you as looking through the window was a closed down bar and restaurant in a state of disrepair. No option for food or drink and arriving late in the evening no shops open. room was good size but the toilet room was an afterthought and tiny.

This place is interesting, there’s really nothing around, it’s in a small village but very close to CDG. it’s newly renovated, to the point, that the smell of fresh plaster is still lingering in the building. The furniture and all the items in the room are brand new. Incredible value for the money.

J'ai été logé apparemment dans ce qui semble être une pièce cloisonnée de la réception. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous avec des odeurs émanant de la salle d'eau faite en hâte. La télé ne marchait pas et la climatisation non plus, dans cette canicule parisienne. Le bon point a été le réceptionniste qui a été aimable et disponible malgré l'heure avancée.

The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. Very disappointed because we have to spend more than €250 for transpo and new accommodation plus the exhaustion of carrying luggages. Not a reliable place to stay plus you have to spend atleast €40 of uber to and from the airport. To go on public transporation from the hotel is not convinient at all.

Le Parc d'Eden a su cocher toutes les cases. Très pratique, bien agencé, confortable, calme. Excellente communication avec toute l'équipe. Je suis Ravi et reviendrai avec Plaisir. Une excellente adresse à deux pas de CDG. Je recommande.
