"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."

"The hotel was fine for one night. Very close to El palace of Aranjuez and Jardines del Primcipe. Beware, if you come with a lot of luggage there are no elevators."

"The hotel was lovely , probably a historical building with modern upgrades that make your stay pleasant ! All staff members were so helpful and kind , they showed my husband and myself the way to delicious restaurants, and even a nail salon for a last minute fix-up! The town is quiet and great to get away from busy cities while at the same time incredibly close to Madrid, Toledo and Segovia ."

"Staff is friendly, clean place but room was cramped. If you arrive by car they have private underground parking for 12 euros/day but you can also park for free around the neighbourhood. Hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the town center. "
