"Room and property were very clean. Furniture in room was starting to show signs of wear. Lady serving breakfast was kind of rude. Overall good place to stay."

"The rooms need upgrading better. Didnt like the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom, carpet was old, bathroom had dim lighting, tule was old and the tub. "

I felt like I would have gotten more for my money booking directly though Great wolf and not Expedia. Overall, a good experience. I just would book directly through the hotel. Not 3rd party"

"Checking staff was very friendly. Wanted a late check out and they accommodated it at no extra cost. The elevators were slow as hell but at least they worked. Room wasn’t stocked completely. Missing some towels and soap to wash your hands.Overall not too bad for the price."

"Breakfast was better than most. Hot tub was as hot as it should be and hours were longer than other hotels. The best thing about this hotel is the front desk mngr, Lisa. She is a delightful treasure. You expect desk personnel to be helpful & pleasant but Lisa not only went above and beyond but welcomed us back every time we walked in the door."
