"Nice hotel with spacious rooms. But our room was not cleaned multiple times whilst we were out for the whole day. They don’t replace coffee and milk pods in the room unless asked (which we had to do every day). Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good."

At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. "We had the exec suite, with one bedroom with walking closet and a huge family room with full kitchenette and a dinner table. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very nice and responsive. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would like to mention that at nights, we could hear a lot of city noise, but I suppose that's the price you pay to be in the city center. The location was excellent. I wish the bathroom was more practical. There is almost no surface for your toiletries, and no hook close to the shower for towels."
